I've been playing volleyball for 15 years and Mizuno is my favorite brand of volleyball gear. I was looking for a replacement for my old Mizuno knee pads so naturally I looked for the same brand. Even if you know how to dive, you can't help yourself when there's some weight on your knees. My previous knee pads were really good at absorbing most of the impact, but it wasn't. I probably shouldn't have worn them. They are thin and look very cheap. I've used them a few times and thought maybe they just had to break a little but it was the same. As someone who has been training for a while I would not recommend this product to anyone.
