This is the ideal weight for a workout or warm-up

This is the ideal weight for a workout or warm-up. The plastic is very thick and looks very durable so hopefully it will last a while. I've used it on both aluminum and wood racquets and it feels great. He doesn't feel off balance. It's a little hard to break loose at times, but I'm expected to hit the racquet a little harder.
