I bought two helmets for me & my husband four years ago. I feel it's built well; my husband was in an accident and it sufficiently protected his head. Besides safety, my favorite feature is the sun visor; it blocks the sun's brightness pretty well. The helmet fit me well but a little too snug at times that my jaws would hurt. I finally decided to buy the next size up recently. I tried it on and the straps were really chaffing my neck after just a few minutes of wear. I compared it to my old one and found the straps to be thicker and heavier, which is probably safer, but felt too stiff for me. I was bummed that I had to return it. Customer service was good though.
