Review on 🏞️ Lightweight and Sturdy: SIRUI P-306 Professional 6-Section Aluminum Monopod by Cool Martin

I bought two Sirui P-306 monopods at the same time. One for me and one for my daughter. The monopod folds up enough for me to pack both in my carry-on for a trip to the UK. I had to remove the ball heads. The twist locks worked very smoothly and closed securely. I would like to point out that the monopod will flex a bit when each section is fully extended and locked in place. I'm slimmer and rely on a monopod to steady the camera while taking photos. I was able to minimize the flex by moving each section back about 1/4-1/2" before locking. I've seen a lot of videos online that said to do this no matter what type of monopod you have. Before I gave my daughter Shirui I showed her mine to gauge her reaction to it as she never showed any interest in it. I took off my compass and the first thing she asked was the stupid compass! When she opened her box, she was very pleased to see that it included a compass. Shows that Shirui knew what she was doing when she turned on the compass. The strap itself is not adjustable, but for me it is normal. The soft grip is comfortable and reliable, does not slip or doesn't move. The ground spike is easy to use although I didn't have to use it. I think rocks and dirt can clog the hole if you don't push the spike out. I definitely recommend the Sirui P- monopod 306. If You're on a budget and unsure about using a monopod, this Sirui monopod is perfect. I'm 74 inches tall and after adding the ball head to this monopod it was the perfect height and I even had to fold it up a bit. Which made it more stable. My daughter is 68 cm tall and has no problems. with its use either. We love our Sirui P-306 monopods!
