Tried to find a cheap GumStick battery charger as all the ones I've seen are $20. This ended up working well. I wanted to make sure it was the right voltage so I measured the terminals while charging and it was around 1.3V. I feel safe using this through a 3D printing adapter and it doesn't need a mode.
