I like how it syncs with our payroll system so we don't have any manual data entry or errors when someone is added/removed from an account that was already paid out in previous months / years etc..
It's easy for employees (and managers) too view who has been late & what they owe us! And there are some other benefits such as having access through mobile devices but these aren’t really big factors at this point since everyone can use computers now anyway :) We've had no issues using thive yet - just be sure you know your needs before deciding whether its right fit fo ryou- if not maybe try another one first? Its great being able track hours worked vs actual pay given by client which helps me keep my numbers straight without needing multiple spreadsheets haha :). The only thing about tracking employee work times compared between clients would help make.
