I suspect these clasps are counterfeit. I used to buy them from Home Depot and when they arrived I noticed some subtle differences. The packaging is slightly different from those purchased in HD. The quantity was different, the font was slightly different, the packaging was different. The screws themselves also appear to have been torn off a bit. The tip didn't feel as sharp or pointed as the store-bought HD fasteners, the finish felt slightly different, and the head felt slightly smaller. All other observations are just my observations. But I guarantee the heads are smaller on these new screws. I've mounted e-tracks on trailers and these R4 props are awesome. With all the rails I've hung, I've never had a problem pulling the mounting heads through the drilled holes in the rail. Until I bought these, t. They have a slightly smaller head and they all suck right through the hole when you put them in. Very disappointing.
