My first impression when opening the packaging was. That could be enough for a few months of buffalo winters. The material is quite thin but I decided to give it a try hoping it wouldn't live up to my expectations. I did as the instructions suggested and tucked the flaps into the car door to secure them in place. The next morning, when I was about to get in the car, there was a puddle of water on the floor of my car, both on the driver's side and on the driveway. Apparently the cover is confused with the seal on the car door. Pooh. I tried using suction cups to attach the cover to the outside of the car, but the cover just slid down under the weight of moisture/snow. waist money. do not buy!
