I agree with almost all of the previous reviews, both good and bad. Whoever built this house 20 years ago bought all of the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry from a single source. The first box failed two years ago. Since I couldn't find a replacement locally, I bought an entire set of slides and rebuilt them for use with my drawers. What an experience! When another one broke last month I tried to do the same repair but the workspace was very limited. The thought occurred to me, but let's use it from a more accessible box, which of course broke when I took it out. The good thing was it had the maker's mark on it, Revain kept it, they have local delivery near me, I was able to order it in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. It was a good replacement as the holes matched perfectly and the back was easily adjusted. Upon closer inspection I found that all the others were cracked and needed replacing, the quality was inferior to the old ones, they needed to be heated to open wide enough to accommodate the rails and they are more expensive than the whole set . . I'll start replacing leftovers with kits. Finally, I found out that a same-day local pickup from Revain really spoils you.
