
I love how easy it was for me to get started using Hello Health! It has all of my information stored in one place which makes scheduling appointments super efficient! The only thing that could be improved would be more flexibility around appointment reminders (text vs email). As an outpatient provider we are able to see patients through their app as well as via phone or text message. This allows us to work from home without missing any important office visits! I like how easy it is for my patients to sign up for this program. The only thing that i dislike is their customer service department. Its very poor! They will not listen when you call them or email. If you are looking for an excellent platform where your patients can go online to see what's going on in there health checkup then hello health is the way to do it! We use this for our patients who have problems getting insurance coverage for their medical services.
