Awesome for both patients and providers!

I love how easy it was for me to get started using Hello Health! It has all of my information stored in one place which makes scheduling appointments super efficient! The only thing that could be improved would be more flexibility around appointment reminders (text vs email). As an outpatient provider we are able to see patients through their app as well as via phone or text message. This allows us to work from home without missing any important office visits! Great Customer Service, Easy-to Use Product

The most helpful thing about this software is that it is very easy to use. It has all of the tools you need to run your business efficiently. I like that the software is so user friendly. It's great for scheduling appointments and keeping track of patient information. There are not many cons to this product. I do not dislike anything about this software. Great experience with helphen Health EHR

I like that it does not require additional software or applications for my computer as long of their website/app store being up at all times. It takes time in getting used too but once you do everything works well enough so far! Their support team really wants what's best fro each individual who uses this service- they are willing to work along side us through difficulties we encounter when using any aspect of healthen health ehr app and services. They even have some great promotions now where

  • Promptness was excellent!!! Easy process from beginning thru end without major issues good experience overall ! Also loved how flexible options were available via online chat while reviewing patient records..and easy setup within minutes after initial download.no headaches required :)
