ROPE CAN PICK YOUR BIRD

I bought her as a new cockatoo mom (adopted at 6 after an older woman died) I won't buy her again just because of the rope very very dangerous, this only happens after the breeder told me (where i got my macaw from) that he got a call from SO MANY people with the horrible news that their bird was strangled ON A ROPE, it only takes once so now me I'm afraid I will never buy them again, although my cockatoo loves them, if I can find them with a thicker chain or something less dangerous I would buy them, but never with rope again. ROPE THIS NO NO
