They work great for us
Have three of these, they work great for us, love them! Had to be used on the doors to get rid of the traditional door bumper and hinge pin. Also attach a door to remove the baseboard stopper for easier vacuuming. Smart stoppers are located on the lower doors: the entry closet, the kitchen pantry, and the master bedroom door, which rarely open fully and the bedroom door is left open most of the time. And we have no children. We had no damage to the frame and I love the slick look compared to the grooves on the Don-Jo pivot pin heads.
