Not very happy with the load bars

They looked fine until we added the kayaks. You are NOT exceeding the weight limit. The bar is completely bent and we also lost the bolts from the bar. I bought them yesterday for our trip, used them and they are broken. I followed the instructions and YouTube videos to set up and install, even putting my kayaks in there and they bent. I'm not very happy and can't find anyone to contact about the warranty if any.
