Let me first say that I am not a practical person. If I tell you, it was an easy install! I have traveled a bit. I heard a low whistle (not bad), nothing the radio couldn't be wrong. As expected. It's better than getting it done at the dealer and paying almost $300 for parts and labor. I am generally satisfied with the product!

Got a kit for my 2018 Nissan Rogue SL. Installed in half an hour. This is a very durable set made entirely of aluminum unlike some where the caps are made of ABS plastic. From the moment they were installed, the car accelerated to 70 mph and there was no noise from them. I would recommend using Loctite on the threads of the screws so they don't come loose at the wrong moment. Good value for money and £150 less than dealer.

They looked fine until we added the kayaks. You are NOT exceeding the weight limit. The bar is completely bent and we also lost the bolts from the bar. I bought them yesterday for our trip, used them and they are broken. I followed the instructions and YouTube videos to set up and install, even putting my kayaks in there and they bent. I'm not very happy and can't find anyone to contact about the warranty if any.

Great for the money. With the window open I didn't hear any noise up to 80 km/h. The paint matches and looks great. If you pay attention up close you can tell they are cheaper and the machining hasn't been smoothed out and is slightly larger at the base than the factory. Should be suitable for general light cargo or kayak use. Will be updated if there are problems. Easy to install by yourself. Just don't be an idiot. Place a towel over the roof to avoid scratching it before tightening.

Good quality but instructions could be a bit better. The parts are not symmetrical and you need to be careful when assembling them. If you try to assemble it fully and then put it on the car, it won't align. It is recommended to assemble it freely, install the brackets, and then tighten. I would also use some Loctite to keep the screws from loosening. As other reviewers have said, installation is not easy, it requires a lot of up and down and side to side to line it up. After that, however, it looks and behaves like a factory-installed rack. I didn't notice an increase in wind noise that I had feared. Best of all, you'll save big bucks over a dealer-installed option! DO NOT neglect to use a threadlocker (like Permatex or Loctite). I decided to buy these crossbars after reading previous reviews. I asked my local mechanic to install them as I didn't want to make a mistake and mess up the setup.
