As other reviewers have said, installation is not easy, it requires a lot of up and down and side to side to line it up. After that, however, it looks and behaves like a factory-installed rack. I didn't notice an increase in wind noise that I had feared. Best of all, you'll save big bucks over a dealer-installed option! DO NOT neglect to use a threadlocker (like Permatex or Loctite). You don't want to do it again! Just pay close attention to the bar graphs. In fact, they can only be properly assembled due to slightly different screw arrangements. If you force it, it's wrong. Do not tighten the stem bolts until the brackets are attached to the side rails to allow for minor adjustments.
