I bought this to increase my magnesium levels. I just diluted it with water. It's disgusting. Tried the second day with koolaid. It was still gross, I think it was worse than being alone. In just 2 nights with 2 teaspoons my stomach hurt. I had diarrhea for 3-4 days. Be careful before taking it internally.
