I ordered Medium and my measurements are Waist: 29-30 inches, Hips: 43-44 inches, Height: 23-24 inches, 5 feet 5,163 pounds. A big one would give me a gap in the waist. The material is thick and stretchy but not too tight at the waist. I'm really worried they'll tear during actual leg day so I'll update my review after wearing them to the gym a few times. Crunch is very aggressive. I just have another twisted leggings and it's an alphalet boost. When I put on these shorts I looked like a brother👀. I think they are very handy, but I understand that having all of these in your store may not be the case. The strap doesn't seem to roll and they stay in place. They're pretty tight in the hips, but it's not unbearable. I don't care about camel toes and they seem to be the standard for seamless leggings. by making my cheeks plump 😮‍💨. A very different style than I've ever tried. I look forward to wearing them to the gym and seeing how they hold up.
