Ease of use for end users, ability to integrate with multiple technologies (Apex/Sforce), quick results after implementation from sales team side as well. I wish we could have more reporting options that can be customised per individual user but this may not always feasible in all cases especially when you are dealing large volumes or number crunching etc - so its up-sell at an extra cost if required by client! Also there's no direct way through API connect tool itself which needs third party tools like SFDC Connector Toolkit available separately. We needed system where our internal resources would easily manage their own Sales Data without any dependency upon IT teams / DevOps support services by connecting directly into org & getting insights across various departments quickly via easy UI interface rather than managing it internally within organisation using cumbersome process flow methodologies requiring additional training setup time before they start working effectively towards desired result set in.
