I bought my mother as a gift. before she always uses the machine by hand to make pasta. I felt it was so tired and difficult to do. When my mom bought this pasta/noodle maker she now enjoys making pasta. Here are the pictures.
- β EASY MAINTENANCE - It is very easy to make pasta at home! Prepare the pasta dough, adjust the pasta roller attachment properly, turn the mixer on speed 3 or 4. Take some dough and start on 8th speed, shift down a gear to 2nd speed. The dough will be thin and smooth enough to slice. We recommend 2 tines for fettuccine and 1 or 2 tines for spaghetti.
