After visiting several locksmiths and finding that this key for the mailbox lock could not be duplicated, I went to the manufacturer to buy replacement keys, knowing that the 2 original keys that came with supplied to mailboxes are provided with their own unique code allowing you to replicate the manufacturer's keys. Communication with the manufacturer was easy, quick and polite, however to my dismay I was told that the 'parts' - in this case additional keys - were not available. the original for $15.00 (triple the regular price of this set), ironically it was pointless because the only request was to get MORE keys, NOT other non-duplicate keys.
