Review on Vegetable Slicer Green Old Version by Brokencyde Greer

My mother has a German mandolin, which is good for chopping cabbage, and a food processor for smaller jobs. I have only tried this product with cabbage; thin slicer that was already on the mandolin. It was difficult to complete the task. I didn't find this mandolin sharp enough. The same goes for knives: these days I find it difficult to find sufficiently sharp knives and usually I have to pay more for Zwilling Henkels (German, 2 double logos). I would like to find an equivalent for a vegetable cutter. The rest of the mandolin is of very good quality. I even liked the feel of the plastic.
