To be honest for a cheap pair of kayak roof racks they work flawlessly. The instructions are pretty simple. Some of the bolt holes do not line up perfectly and the bolts are a bit too long. You might want to make sure they don't scratch your roof when you install them. Also, the included wrench only works with the locking nuts that hold the kayak cradle together. Just in case, the locking nuts are 13mm and the nuts for attaching the kayak racks to the roof bars are 14mm. Belts are cheap but do the job. I'll probably invest in better straps later. Generally these work well. Took me about an hour to assemble and attach them to my roof rack. I wish the brackets that go under the roof rack were wider, but beggars don't have a choice. If I wanted a prettier kayak stand I would have paid more money. 🤷‍♂️PS Once you put them on the roof rack, you won't want to take them off for a while just because of the way they attach to the roof rack.
