Review on πŸš™ Rough Country Neoprene Seat Covers for 2003-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ - Water Resistant - 1st/2nd Row - 91001, Black by Tim Pulse

Revainrating 4 out of 5

"Never leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time "

Update 12/30/2019 After 10 months these seat covers are still in excellent condition. No stretching, no signs of wear or fading, but I haven't run at all this summer with the hard top off. And I typically drive less than 50 miles a week in the Wrangler. A few more useful points. The covers do not generate static electricity and are not slippery. I'm increasing my rating by one star, assuming they'll be worn as well for years to come as they were this first year. ---- The above notice is contained in the documentation accompanying the envelopes. . Serious? Wrangler seat covers that can't take the sun? Granted, not many people drive their Wrangler with the top open or closed, but on a good day here in Colorado, many do. I think many Wrangler owners would be upset that this information was not made clear *before* the purchase. I did a little research and it turned out that neoprene breaks down when exposed to ultraviolet light. Apparently there are some treatments that can help. I decided to keep them because otherwise they are pretty good. Great fit and finish and they are really comfortable. They are thick enough and I think they will last a while. I may regret leaving her after a summer or two - time will tell.
