Tape doesn't hold up at freeway speed

Bonnet cleaned as instructed and on first drive 3 days after installation the tape rear seal broke due to internal air pressure - out of order a 50 mile Trip. NEED holes on the back of the blade to release air pressure and a stronger/wider band on the side would help too.
