Review on Precision Small Cutter Bee Scissors by EK Success - EKCB01 by Ginger Allen

Ignore the good reviews written some years ago when these scissors were made in Taiwan because now they are made in China and you can't cut to the tip anymore. A full quarter inch from the top of my pair wouldn't even cut through thin paper. They are completely useless for picky cutting. Look at the date of the review and you'll see that many recent reviewers have noted this as well. So I was disappointed. But that turned to anger when I tried to return them as defective and the online system told me they couldn't be returned or refunded even though the product page said so. It all has a happy ending as a quick phone call to customer service resulted in a refund from Amazon (yes, Amazon customer service). However, Boo EK Success for manufacturing a defective product.
