Lack of attention to detail
Thought it would be a great gift for my wife and she loved it. I kept it on my bedside table. It was like that until the substrate holding the stand started to fall off. You put it back on and it falls off again so I was fine I'll just talk to her. I turn it over because it was turned upside down. This means that the hanging holes are not at the top. One on the side and the other below under the clasp. You can see what I mean in the video I've attached. I can say that the poor quality of the parts is Illy. Very disappointed about that.
