Viewsonic customer service is non-existent and product support is beyond poor. The products are of poor quality and do not last long. Call Technical Support at 1800-688-6688 and find out how long you may have to wait for a representative. On the Internet, someone who hardly speaks English will answer you. I bought a $3000 plasma tv and it broke in less than 3 years. Viewsonic's response: Too bad you had to buy a guarantee and we'll fix it within 48 hours. Without them you are on your own. I think what buys for $3000 should last 3+ years and so does Viewsonic. Viewsonic intentionally makes products that don't last long in order to sell you an expensive product warranty. I wouldn't buy Viewsonic again and don't think you should buy it until they develop a better product and improve their customer support.
