I just LOVE this thermometer! I used it to check the temperature of a pot roast and it was so quick. Sometimes the oven stays open too long and cools down when I use an old school meat thermometer because I can barely cook those small numbers. So easy to use. Just pop it in and the temperature will appear on the screen instantly. I'm buying another one for my mom for the holidays.
