Mercruiser TRS 454 Oil Filter/Cooler Adapter
Replacing a damaged bypass valve inside the engine mounted oil filter/oil cooler adapter. Attempting to fix low oil pressure on 454 after replacing new crankshaft and connecting rods. The mechanical oil pressure sensor in the engine will not go through 28 pounds of oil pressure. From 1000 to 3000 rpm the pressure on the ground remains the same. I will post the result as soon as I can start the engine again
