Customer Service at CPFK Disappoints Me

I made a purchase from CPFK not too long ago and was quite dissatisfied with their lackluster customer support. Their representatives were unhelpful and unpleasant, despite their boast of providing great customer service. I contacted their toll-free number with a product-related inquiry and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes. A customer service employee I reached out to was rude and short with me when I eventually got through. They were brief in their responses and clearly wanted to get the call over with. In addition, despite the fact that they boast low pricing, I found them to be significantly more than those of competing businesses. I could get the same things elsewhere for a lot less money. In general, I was disappointed by CPFK's cost and service. I will not be using their services again and will not be recommending them to anyone.
