Disappointing Online Store: AeraVida

My expectations for AeraVida were high as I am a seasoned online shopper. Unfortunately, my interactions with this firm left me feeling disheartened. None of the claims they make about their shipment speed, return policy, or customer support were fulfilled in my experience. To begin, they provided terribly slow and unreliable shipping. It took weeks for my order to arrive, and some products were broken because of inadequate packaging. I tried to return an item, but the customer support representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and didn't appear to care about finding a solution to my problem. It was not a breeze to make a return, either. After filling out countless documents and jumping through hoops, I was informed that I would be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Because of this, I was annoyed and broke. Finally, I wasn't impressed by their support staff. Agents were slow to respond and didn't appear to care if I needed assistance. They also refused to make amends for the broken goods I received by offering a refund or compensation of any kind. In general, AeraVida is not a good choice for anyone seeking a satisfying web store encounter. Customers are left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied because they hear big words but receive little in return.
