Undoubtedly - the most practical and functional!

Has been drinking wine for 60 years and bought the Vacu-Vin system when it was first introduced in the 80's. Before that I used corks and within a few days I "spoiled the wine". With Vacu-Vin I was able to survive a week with young wines and about 2-3 days with old vintages. I continue to use Vacu-Vin products to this day as they have proven to be dependable and dependable. I've tried others and they didn't work - it's possible that the many ribs you see are helping the vacuum seal last longer. I've tried nitrogen gas and all that fancy stuff but it was too cumbersome and way more expensive. The top two reasons I use it for me are: (1) Instead of trying to find half a bottle, I can easily store my leftover wine for 3 days (or more) and spend less on wine (half a bottle is more expensive and less choice). left in the picture because I can enjoy it for 2-3 days. It's easy to use. They'll start replacing corks in 25 years just to improve tightness. It's relatively cheap compared to all that wine that goes bad if you don't use vacuum wine. regards.m
