Review on 🍳 Nordic Ware Ebleskiver Pan - For Easy Danish Cooking by Ivan Gee

This pan works well but the small circles are too small. Unfortunately I just won't be using it often as it takes time to make a few tiny Abelskivers when large pancakes in a pan are so much quicker for our family of 5. Although it was interesting to try. The main thing is not to add the batter until the pan is hot! Otherwise, making them flip is a nightmare. When hot, they turn over very easily. I just wish the pan was bigger with bigger Abelskivers! An omelet-style pan would also be perfect, so just flip the whole pan without having to flip every Abelskiver. Maybe I should invent it, because then I would use it many times!
