Has good ergonomics and I like that the temperature dial is recessed to prevent accidental adjustments. Although that frills are useless if it doesn't even get as hot as my 25 watt iron and they claim it's a 50 watt iron. No matter how much I turned it, the performance was the same and my work was very slow to heat up. Send back.
