Review on Essentials Leather Task Chair Adjustable by Kimberly Khaltai

The work chair I received 15 minutes ago was NOT new, it was a return already opened. There were many parts in the box, only one wheel was dangling (instead of the expected 5). There were three M8*20mm screws in the box (expected 4) and the "bubble map" pieces were torn and partially opened. The cylinder of the pneumatic chair dangled in the box and nearly pierced the seat of the leatherette chair. It looks like the parts of the chair were accidentally thrown back into the packaging box and sent back to Revane. I will ask for a refund immediately. Very disappointed. The photo shows the condition of several loose parts and a seat that was almost punctured.
