I bought these because they slide out, have smooth edges and are less likely to tear mulch and dirt bags. I often drive my truck. To install. I installed them in less than 20 minutes with a Phillips screwdriver. I have doubts about how durable they are and how long they will last. The rings are a little loose, are additionally stressed by their slope when tensioning the belts and the base plate is quite small. The hooks also appear to be uncoated steel, so road salt can damage them. If I had to redo I would buy them for the front of the bed and fixed rings on the sides. I'll give them a chance and probably not push them too much. I suspect they will be up to the task.
