ASSEMBLY Assembly was fairly easy using the assembly instructions provided. If you can follow paper instructions for other products, you should be able to assemble this product. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. My 12 year old supervised the installation and I just helped. After assembling the frame, attach the net. Again, the process was pretty simple and straightforward. They offer plenty of bungee to change the rebound force to your liking. That's the only part my son really needed help with. I pulled the net while he attached the hooks. The entire assembly from start to finish took about 30 minutes. The rebounder folds down just enough for easy portability outside and feels somewhat portable by simply folding it up and simply detaching the base. The sticks are very light, but at the same time seem durable. The product seems to have been constructed so well that it won't tip over - the stakes really just seem to keep it from sliding backwards during use. TRAINING WITH THE REBUNDER After I assembled it and took it to the streets, my son and I grabbed the ball and gloves. and tested the grid and multiple position settings for different drills and game options. There are 7 different angles that can be adjusted to get different bounces. We're still investigating the best configuration, but so far we've been able to make linear actuators, single hop ground balls, and a variety of other situations. By standing at an angle and throwing the ball, you can practice moves for chasing ground balls or responding quickly to out-of-range shots. Still looking for the right configuration for deep popups. Perhaps PowerNet can provide more documentation on use cases. INITIAL VIEW So far I am impressed with this product. I love the light weight and easy setup. This is a well thought out design. I have the feeling that my money is well spent and that it will last for many years to come. It's big enough for a variety of workouts, but not too big to be moved around the yard. However, it's almost too big to be transported to and from the fields to do drills for the team I lead, but it's far more portable than most I've seen and used.
