Easy Implementation and Customer Service Support

The best thing about iCaps is how easy it was to get up an running with our claims process! We had been using other software for years but this one just made sense from day 1 - no more training required or additional costs associated w/ switching over (aside form licensing). There's not much we dislike as of yet in terms of features available within their product suite; however there are some things you can do via third party applications which could be helpful depending upon your needs / specific use cases they offer vs what others may provide outofthe box without requiring any 3rdparty addons etc.. If looking at all options then definitely consider evaluating several different products before making final decision regarding implementation & support services offered by each vendor alongwith cost considerations involved prior purchasing decisions. Benefits realized include reduced time spent resolving customer service issues relatedto billing errors across multiple departments including insurance providers suchthatit has become virtually non existent due tot he effic.
