Review on Wilwood 260 8419 Adjustable Proportioning Valve by Jeremy Sabey

I replaced a bed load actuated control valve on my 27 year old Toyota pickup. The front brake locked and I slipped dangerously, especially on wet roads. It was a complex setup with a custom mount modification and custom lanyard attachments. I bought a hose to match, then cut the metric off my brake lines and spliced the new fittings onto the existing lines. I had to twist off the return line on the front brake "T” but everything fit and worked fine. It takes time to set up with trial and error, but if you install this device in an accessible location, it's easy. With heavy loads, I can either drive more carefully or change lanes. I brake much more confidently now. A good product.
