As with most of these mounts, the installation guide could use a little more explanation/drawing, but in this case I mainly focused my review on the product itself . It was solid, worked as promised and carried my 55" Bravia with no problem. Moving the mount away from the wall does make the TV a little uneven, but there are dials on the back to adjust as needed. Just note that you will have to adjust these knobs a little if you move it very far towards or away from the wall (but yeah, make sure you plan everything in your head before you start drilling as the instructions are a bit are less detailed).
