I'm a grown woman and don't have babies or young children in the house, but there's something about freshly laundered clothes with a touch of "baby smell" that I still love! In my opinion this cleaner is not overwhelming and the soap is mild but still does a good job on stains. I have sensitive skin and cannot tolerate strong detergents with a strong smell. I usually buy "dye free/odor free" detergents but with this one I feel like I'm getting safe and fresh non-irritating laundry. Really good to use for towels, sheets and underwear or anything you think can be hand washed.
