take something else The thing pulls!

So you're saying it's a fast machine, quad-core with 1GB RAM that should be fine for basic stuff like a Plex server or simple storage. Right out of the box, once it's running forever, the RAM is tied to a 100% usage and pretty much stays there. I restarted the OS 2 days later with maximum RAM and still the same. I tried Plex, and when it finally downloaded my library, which took about a day, I launched Plex and waited hours for the first song to finally play. I gave up and after a few hours I was listening to music from my laptop. The interface sucks too. When you click on the 'Technical Support' button on the 'Desktop', there is only an option to allow remote access. You have to go to their separate customer service app and that doesn't work either. Basically a standalone app just to annoy you. Clicking Help on the "Desktop" means that this window will remain open until you log off from the server, it will not close for some other reason. always. Yes, for some reason there is an x button, but logging out is the only way to actually dismiss it. After doing some research, you can finally find a tech support email. This is where the fun begins, they will tell you that it only takes a few days to get the computer up and running and the RAM usage will gradually slow down. I booted the system up for the second time on Monday morning and it's Thursday evening and my RAM is still at 90%. Save yourself time and hassle and get something else. It's cheap because it's a piece of crap. I'll return as soon as possible. Enough wasted time!
