A little cute but then the gem fell out

The first photo was the day I received it, the second 5 days later... When I received it I just fell in love with it. I immediately cleaned and installed it. Less than a week later I noticed that one of the gems had fallen out. And I understand that the wear and tear is normal, but in less than a week? I do not think so. Well, at first I liked it, but in general it was disappointing because now I have to replace something with it.
