Review on O-Valet by Reg Lin

The ease that this machine provides to our customer's employees is great! There really isn't anything wrong with it at all but I would say you need someone who knows about everything. It took me about an hour in my first month and I was then comfortable enough to help others get familiar as well. Not only do we have more time for them after working days or evenings instead of wasting their paychecks by going out late night however now customers are satisfied too. Customers will see results within minutes so they don't have any wait times when leaving. I like the ease of use and the fact that it can be used for my personal parking spot as well as for my company. I have been able to use it for both and have been able to make sure that I have the correct information in each spot. I would like to be able to access the reports from my cell phone in order to keep me on my toes. I am able to keep track of my parking spots and my information is easy to access.
