very cold on lumbar supports
At first I was frustrated that this bandage didn't stay cold long enough, but after checking with my doctor I realized that ice should only be applied for 20 minutes. Now it stays cold for several cycles: 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off. The gel material adheres very comfortably to the body and increases the contact area for thorough icing. This is a fantastic device. My only complaint is that the ziploc bag you were supposed to keep it in broke very early on so I now have to double it in a ziploc bag that doesn't fit perfectly. This is a trivial complaint and doesn't deserve my 5 star rating being downgraded.
