Review on DALSTRONG 6-Piece Knife Block Set with Magnetic Knife Stand - Phantom Series - Japanese High-Carbon AUS8 Steel - Pakkawood Handle by Anthony Shepherd

I ordered the Dalstrong DS Phantom series in preparation for Thanksgiving this year. Me and 3 family members used the knives for 3 days to prepare the main meal and all the snacks. The blades were meticulously polished, razor sharp, very well constructed, and worked flawlessly. The DS magnetic holder is well built and has a very strong magnetic handle (to remove you have to twist the handles towards the small edge of the blade). The holder has the option to install additional knives to expand the set. The only downside (for me) is that the DS is high-end and barely fits under my closets. In my case, a corner magnet holder would have worked better, but that's a minor detail. The blades were meticulously polished, razor sharp, very well constructed, and worked flawlessly. Although it has only been 2 weeks I am very happy with this purchase and very impressed with the overall quality and functionality of these knives.
