Can be a tricky substitute if you're not careful.
Yes it was the right part for a 2007 Saturn Vue Redline. However, these Honda engines were not intended to be easy replacements. At least that wasn't the case for me, tk. Access looks easy, but it is less so. A vise must be used to remove the existing part. Then after the bolt was ruined it was necessary to model your own through the hardware store. Not easy, but I made it. Caution - Be very careful when removing this part to avoid tearing off the screw head. Much luck. Does the part work? I have no idea. Probably.
