Easy to wear but not for a 10lb cat
My cat is 10 lbs, and this is too small and too short for him. When he walks, the strap will fall to one side and tie his one side front and back legs together (e.g. left arm and left leg if the strap falls to the left side.). I can see it might fit kittens well, and very easy to install. But not for my cat.
