Review on Colorful PUPTECK Adjustable Cat Harness With Leash: Secure Nylon Strap Collar For Your Feline Friend by Amanda Estrada

Meets the needs on my review.

We tried a different harness with a Y chest strap, which seemed like a good idea, but was much harder to get on the cats (honestly, we never successfully did, but also decided quickly it didn't seem like it would work so didn't try very hard). This being two quick clips is easier once you get the widths correctly. One of our cats is pretty chill and doesn't seem to mind wearing the harness. We took her in the backyard the second time we got it on and she had fun rolling in the dirt and attacking a feather. After we came back in, she was mewing to go out again! Next time trying it she sat patiently while I got the harness on her.Our other cat is more finicky and not as open to touch unless she's in the mood. I was surprised, I've successfully gotten her in the harness twice, although she froze when trying to move with it; we haven't yet gotten her in it with leash attached, and she doesn't correlate harness with the reward with outside yet, but she's very jealous of her sister! The one perk of the other harness we tried was a bungy style leash so they don't get hurt if they panic. That part would be nice, but every time I looked at it it took me a moment to figure out how it was even supposed to go on, much less getting the cat's legs through the holes. Love the easy attach of this- although it is a 3-prong style clip, and if the cat moves it's easy to miss a prong. One of the clips that is more one big prong style would be easier to get on first try. Maybe in a future version. We haven't thoroughly tested escapability- cat panicked at a noise once and bolted for home but hasn't tried to get out of the harness at all, so can't comment on that (hopefully never have to thoroughly test that part). Feeling better that we're on our way to having our cats safe when it comes time to travel, though, and the chill cat still likes going outside to sniff around when we let her, and doesn't seem to mind the harness at all!
